I',ll be picking up a Passat on Monday. It only comes with one key fab. It doesn',t appear like this key will lock out the folding seats what do I need for that? And where is the cheapest place to get a second key fab?

I have an 06 and the ignition key or Valle key will both work in the lock on the top outside seat corner.

the valle key is a key that comes with the new cars it doesn',t flip out its just a old fashioned stick key.This key also only works the door and the rear seat. it's made that way so you may be able to lock your console and glove box and the valle car parker can',t get into your personal spaces.
