I just bought a used 1999 Audi A4 1.8Turbo, but on the dashboard between the gauges there's a rectangle form screen that doesn',t turn on. The miles are displayed on the bottom right, you may be able to see those, and the gauge lights up red, it',s just that part that doesn',t. I think that is where the car allows you to know if there's something wrong with the car, the car computer. The back light to it comes on but it doesn',t say ANYTHING. Anybody have the problem? any suggestions? Also the ABS light is on and the BRAKE light is flashing. other than that the car runs great. HELP.
