 A 2008 Mazda3 or 2008 Honda Civic? |

The Mazda3 is better looking than the Civic when comparably equipped ABS and Side seat/curtain airbags, for Mazda3 the Mazda3 is about 200 less than Civic sedan. What are the highs and lows of Mazda3 and Civic?

The Mazda three is the way to go. The three has more interior room and standard hp than the civic. The three looks a lot better and cost's less than the civic. As far as quality and resale goes, the Mazda three has an remaining resale value. now 94% of all new mazda's suffer no mechanical defect. Honda is at 89%. So the evidence is in the pudding so they say.

Civic is very dependable but way to generic. The Mazda is American made but not as technologically advanced as the Civic. The best bet is to go for the Mzda if you want to make a bigger declaration than the Civic.

Mazda 3
Highs: great handling, practical, dependable, good gas mileage, upper class interior.
Lows: costly to fix
Honda Civic
Highs: more dependable than Mazda, good gas mileage, practical.
Lows: slower than the Mazda.

I will not argue numbers because I do not have them. I think that majority "premium" merchandise like Honda, Sony, Michelin etc.
you also pay a premium for. I personnaly do not think they're typically worth the extra money.
