ok so there's this one part that I have to oreder. its a lexus is 300. so where the rear right tire is, it goes over the tire. its not attached to to ire, but to the car itselft. its kinda ke a shild. it covers up the suspenshion . it kinds works as a mud flap but it located right under teh door and it just some pice of plastic. if you know who its called let me know thanks.

Would it happen to be the inner fender wall lining? Black plastic shielding the wheel well area?
