i bet that its most likely "set" at 130mph, cars have something called a governor system. it has a fuel cut off around some rpm or speed bound. if your looking for the numbers on the spedometer then I don't have a clue hahaha but for whatever your reasons are. if you're trying to top out. you will most likely be restricted at 130mph. the car most likely could go faster but as a safety feature they set it that way. plus why do you have to be going that fast in the 1st place???

Get the spedo repaired it cheaper than a ticket, it has a rev limiter to keep you down so it'll start cutting out in high gear at full throttle not much after the spedo stops being able to read

not to sure but I learned that you may still set the cruise control at 110mph..
