Have you had any trouble with the battery? I keep up with my maintenance and everything. Went to the dealership the 1st time and they did not know what was wrong with it.

I've just recently replaced the battery for the second time and I have noticed that the battery dies only in the summer. Has anybody else had this problem before?

The car does not die while its running. Its not because of me leaving the lights on. I never leave my car lights on after I have gotten out. I did not move the car for a whole week and decided to get it in one day and it was dead.

for some obvious reason, the battery in these L31 Altima's started to die since its induction in 2002. Nissan is now working on this problem, but as of still, no correct solution. Your battery should be pro rated if you got it from the dealership. Call Nissan buyer Affairs to open up a file on this.

Sounds like an alternator problem. Does it only die when you have the AC on?
