Are Porsche a better road car than a Ferrari?

Hello,

Porsche isn't so nervous as the red one, the consumtion is satisfactory when you know how to drive a sports car gradually. Porsche brakes are second to none and they are bechmark for eternal power and quality. Power and dependability is joint with sleek, timeless lines evolving since 1963. You can not tell me another make modell that improved so much and retained it is original values.

I think the 911 is the final sportscar on public roads. Designers of the Ferrari models do their tradeoffs towards pure driving experince, so after five minutes, you feel tired and depressed.

I also like the sound of the flat six better. More practical details, as the 2+2 seats, or the Targa roof makes it out the question.

So, when you have a problem you call 911 . :D

The Ferrari is a somewhat better "sunday" car, but not a real world beater for everyday use on the road. But then I do not think it hurts it also.

The 911 Turbo for some time was a superior supercar for four seasons in the real world. Think Paris Dakar, 24 hours of Le Mans, streets of NY.it does it all.

Porsche typically hold the lap time record for a production car on the nordschleife at nurnberg ring with the new variant of their turbo, which is a pretty calling for 'road' style track, so yes if Ferrari thought they could beat them they could do it for the publicity, and no they do not attempt, because they know they could lose. I think in the last 15 years the only gar to wrest the title from Porsche, but shortly, was a Nissan skyline r something or another.

A porsche is most likely easier to live with, but people will hate you on the road if you drive one and it'll get paint stripper poured over it at some point.

better road cars. dunno.. more dependable yes. porsches are apparently built evidence in comparison to ferrari's. they may also be driven as daily drivers. based on the model of ferrari your wondering about, take the 550 maranello as an example, the service bills may be big. A simple CEL can cost hundreds of dollars and regular maintaince can run close to five great based on what is done.. Porsche is liquid changes and what not, still costly but no where near the same league, although they do not have the same position as a ferrari porsche makes a damn good car that may be driven to and from the track, to work and out to dinner whenever whereever. Ferrari's tend to have their problems, not all have them but some do and when they do its $$$$
