Audi A4?. performance chips?

97' Audi A4 2.8l

im looking for a performance chip or anything else that could increase my horse power

ive checked on sevrel wesite and none of them sell on for my engine type

Unfortunately, most non turbo Audi's don't have a good selection as far as performance parts are worried.you should snoop around on some audi forums to see what other people have found/ suggested.you can search posts as indicated by your particular year and model

I have an Audi A4 T1.8 2000 . it looks that majority all performance chips are geared towards the turbo engine. it looks that by to get ECU / chip upgrade this engine can go from 150 HP to 200 HP easily. Fifty extra HP for $500 is unheard off.

So I can not tell you where you may be able to get your performance chip upgrade. But at least I thought I should tell you as to WHY you may not be able to find upgrade chips.

there are no chips available for the 12V 2.8

I have an S4 which was equally hard to find a "chip" for. there's a place called DubWerks in Lincolnshire, IL that reprogrammed my car. could also greatly propose cold air intake. inexpensive upgrade to add power and torque. Also sounds good when you step on it as another perk.
