I'm presuming you're talking about the new TT, not a used one.
Here are some points to consider:

The 2.0T engine is only available with S tronic. S tronic is what audi renamed their DSG. it's generally two manual transmissions paired together. It has electronic clutches and drives like an auto. you may be able to shift gears via paddle shifters on the steering wheel or "tipping" the gearshift. It shifts much like a tiptronic, but is much, much better. The S tronic is alike to the gearboxes found in Indy race cars. Audi's S tronic really can shift faster than an manual. it shifts in milliseconds. It really outshifts the Ferrari Enzo.

The 3.2 is available in manual and s tronic.

The 2.0T is only available in FronTrak Front Wheel Drive . While the 3.2 is only available in Quattro All Wheel Drive .

The 2.0T puts out 200 HP and has good low end torque.

The 3.2 puts out 250 HP.

The 3.2 will do zero 62 mph a little faster than the 2.0T. 5.5 seconds and 6.1 seconds

The 2.0T gets a better gas mileage than the 3.2. 23 city/31 highway and 18 city/ 24 highway Both run premium gasoline 91 octane or higher . MPG estimates are for the TT Coupe, the TT Roadster will be somewhat less economical.

I know that's lots to take in. As an Audi Technician and Audi owner, I could recommend the 3.2 L V6. Quattro is great and I could never purchase an Audi without Quattro. it's also a little sportier. In the case of the transmission choice. That depends if you like to drive six speed or not. Test drive them both. I have driven all of them.

I hope this helps.
