it is not a sticky caliper. it is probably either an issue with the sensors involved or the DSC controller.

DSC is Dynamic Stability Control. it is function is to detect an out of control condition and attempt to reel it back in using individual brakes, to keep you from spinning out of control.

Some how your DSC is being activated, which in turns activates one or a mix of the brakes.

You have to trouble shoot it yourself a bit more:
does it do it every time you start and go?
does temperature influence it? cool morning and hot afternoon
does it happen mid drive?
does it happen when you go straight or throughout a turn?

I'm not familiar with all that goes into the DSC system, but on occasion they work in conjunction with the ABS sensors. attempt activating the ABS by braking hard on some wet pavement be sure nobody is behind you and that your path is clear if the car does lock up. and do not do this going too fast. . This will tell you if the ABS system is working properly.

If you have an X5 or something, be sure the HDC Hill Decent Control is turned off default .

That's pretty weird because typically if there's a fault in the system, the DSC light will stay lit but doesn't activate the DSC system/brakes . A flashing DSC light means it is actively trying to correct the cars path.

If ABS looks to be working just good, then possibly the fault is inside the controller.

Also check for damage of the tone wheel. This is the gear like looking ring in the wheel assembly that the ABS sensor uses to sense wheel motion check for bends, broken teeth, etc. .

Good luck.
