 Brand New Acura 2007 TL Type S BAB BAB!? |

I just got a new brand Acura 2007 Tyle Type S, od: is five mile , after driving less than a week which is the fifth day, the VSA was on, engine sign was one, D drive flashed. Something wrong with the transmission. Auto shopped replaced electronic memory and now other problem is coming too. Seemed like an old car with new outside.
Does anybody has this problem? How did you feel about this? What are you going to do about it? Can car be exchange?
I'm so frustrating now, disappointed, paid so much for nothing. Thought Acura dependable now scare the hell out of me.

Keep taking it back after so many visits for the same thing, they may have to purchase it back. See your states Lemon Law.

If you have the same issue more than three times with problem not solved, you may be able to apply for the lemon law. You have to speak with Service manager or general manager and really speak your mind.
I have 43000 miles on my 2005 TL and don’t have issue except for a rattle. sound like you may have a bad car, every car maker makes one from time to time.

Tell them you're disappointed in their product and demand a full refund or an exchange for a new TL Type S

Jodys got it right. Be cautious to document everything. Id be polite but firm at the dealer. You may read up on Lemon Law. If you get runaround it could be worth it to then contact Honda at their Torrance, CA office, and pay a small fee for legal interview.
The new TLs are robust machines. I own an 06 TL & its been rock hard. Other TL blogs rate the car well, giving it kudos. Sorry youre having the problems you're.

When i 1st got my acura tl 07 it had alike problems with the flashing light..also my radio settings could generally change i could have to reset it everytime i turned on my car also my clock was wrong!! well i took it to the dealer and they fixed the problem something with the chip and they can only fix it they said it was because they forgot to reset the computer chip.well its fixed now just go to your dealer they'll fix it free of charge.i love my car congrats on ur type S
