yes the will fit on it, be cautious of the size of the tire you use although,it may rub the inside of the fender well,but they'll work on it,good luck.

yes, if the hole pattern is correct. and if the tire size is correct you may be able to fit all the way up to 18"s if you roll the inside of your fender wells to let you to turn completely.

yes as long as it clears the brakes it'll and they also sell 1 wheels :O
