Like any cars in Singapore, it could be illegal to make any mods to the engine or exhaust.
While many people swear by devices like Broquet or Cyclone, that was no conclusive prove that they improve the performance of a car.
The cheapest and more legal alternatives you have in Singapore to enhance your vehicle's performance could be to use lighter parts, better air filter and spark plugs no gaurantee on spark plugs and to send the car for perfomance tuning.
But if you aren't wanting to be caught for illegal mods, you may be able to bore your engine, throw in a turbo charger or NOS, straighten your exhaust, etc. Just be prepared for the car to be compounded if you do get caught.
