Corvette that can out perform it? That could be about
150,,000 to 160,000 car. The new z06's are matchless
in its price and performance range, do not you agree?

there is only some. The GT3 and Ford GT listed below have both bested the Z06 lap times on a couple different test tracks. I have not seen any lap times for the 911 turbo or the Viper on the same tracks. I agree that the Z06 is probably the best performance bargain on earth, but the '08 Viper is going to be inflexible competition.
