Yea. You could just have to use a lower profile tire instead of the reg. tires. for each inch rim you go up from factory, you get a lower profile tire.

You can if you use a lower profile tire. It wont ride as nice and the rims are easier to damage but it may be done.

absolutely. if you go to tirerack.com you may be able to experiment with different size rims and tires for your car.

i think you may be able to, they shouldnt interferre, but ask whom ever is swaping the wheels for you, also be sure you dont purchase it from many cheap places like ebay, they can be cheap but when you have a problem then its a ache in the butt for you to go back, and sicne you drive a RSX you shouldnt be stingy with the modification fee. just take it to a tone up place, unless you know what your doing do attempt to save money, take it from me there's no short cut when it comes to cars, your life is based on it.

use a tape measuse to compare the diameter
