heres the deal: I have a factory cd/radio and want to put a double din dvd/cd screen headunit in its place. I know that the Bezel differs front the Upgraded navigation system in other 300's. my question is: could all I have to get is the different bezel from the dealer?

My best adivce is to check out crutchfield.com it is a big online electronic store. Put in you car's year/make/model and they could tell you want fits. They include information on how to take your dash separately to install your new radio. Off the top of my head, I could want to bet that a double DIN could fit. If your radio is something like 5in. high, it is a double DIN.

Yes, because I have done it.

I'm not sure if a different dealer bezel will do much for you. Double DIN radios are really intended only for some Toyota and Nissan vehicles. "Double DIN" is a misnomer nevertheless they're really ISO, not DIN.

You will most probably have to cut the bezel. You can also have to take off or cut behind the dash to make room for the unit. you'll have to make custom brackets.

Seek a qualified professional. This isn't for the Do It Yourselfer.
