The thing is, it has only been dyno once and I don't know when or how long ago. I'm purchasing a manual increase controller soon and the increase gauge is aftermarket. But can I crank it up to 20 psi already?

NO. are you kidding 20 psi and you'll blow it the fu.ck up. that block isn't meant for that kind of hit. keep it at its eight or 12.. whatever its at now.. I only know some eclipse that are pushing more then 20 psi but they're heavily modded and bulit for increase.. if you want to go against warning and do it.. then see you on here shopping for a new motor.

I would not push it to 20 psi. Since it already has all that done to it, you may be able to make sure that the last owner pushed it pretty hard. You do not want to give it the last straw. I personally could take separately the block and toss some forged pistons, rods, etc in there before I pushed it too much.

Sure, go ahead I love the sound of exploding engines in the morning. . Seriously, I think 20 pounds is a tad too much to expect your motor to tolerate, I'd stick with twelve to 14 pounds to start, with increments till the engine self destructs. Good luck.
