Can Some one tell me Where The O2 sensor is?

How hard is it to change and O2 sensor in a 93 Nissan 300zx, and where is it located? include any details

like the others have said they're on the exhuast.the sockets called an o2 socket or the old fashioned way with a 7/8 wrench or a 22 mm wrench.also depends on what sensor upstream or down stream and bank one or bank 2.oh and I could also propose the car be cold when you do it or you will get somewhat burned.would propose taking it to a shop on a hoist is much easier the laying in the dirt.oh and they're typically two to four wires newer ones now a days preheat themselves to help better emission's

It is 99% of the time located on the exhaust after the manifold with a single wire attached to it.

I do not know the exact place on that specific model, but look on your exhaust pipes, between the manifold and cats, and between the cats and muffler.

it will more than probably have more then one wire based on narrow band or large band, if its the upstream sensor look between the cat and the exh. manifold, if its the downstream watch the cat. is not emissions fun?

anywhere between the manifold and the cat. youll need a special socket to replace the sensor.
