Sisters answer was right...you weren't pushing the unlock button twice were you..

The answer at the top was it.

Come on, admit it.write it in the details.

Have you tried pressing the fob twice, also be sure passenger door is closed properly if it has been locked while not totally closed then it wont unlock it automatically

Have you tried opening passenger side door with a key. If it does not open, it can be a door lock problem.

As a Hyundai service technician I have run into this problem some times with customers cars.A couple of them nothed more than a bad door lock actuator motor that needed replaced on the passengers front door. The others where caused by either a bad lock or un lock relay in the body control module located on the back side of the passenger compartment fuse panel. After I replaced the unlock relay, the locks could operate as intended either manually or with the rke transmitter fob. I could check into having the unlock relay checked out and replaced 1st.
