simplest way is to install the correct intake and typically cold air intake works best. other things aren't really cheap like a catback exhaust after that it typically gets costly..

Cheap ways to enhance torque and hp.

One could be to be sure all is maintained. Good electrical current connections. Tune Up.

Clean the inside of the intake manifold, be sure your injectors are clean.

Make sure your spark plugs are gapped properly.

This will generally improve torque and hp, and keep the car in good running order.

Increase hp and Torque. If your A/C don't work anymore and your not going to fix, you may be able to remove it. Less weight, so less pull the engine has to do.

1. Less Weight, Less Pull Engine has to do
2. 10% More Oxygen will give you more power
3. Better Fuel helps with gas mileage more unless you have big upgrades done
4. If you save up and get the camshafts redone and grinded, you'll feel a difference and notice a difference.
If you goed to use up money, then this could be the way to go, easy and done. While other's do intakes, and exhausts, just to hear a difference most of the time, and get the two to six whp. you'll get the actualy ten to 15 whp.
