Also, Im putling in two JL W1's 10'' and they place is tellin me I only need a 91200 JL amp I think it is only 275w or something little.i thought you needed a bigger amp than that.also do I need a capacitor? I don't want to drain my battery or kill the alternator in a brand new car.

They do not take the dash off. They remove the stock retention bolts behind the stock stereo and put a part which will make the new one fit.
That AMP will most likely be enough for those tens. I can not find that amp online anywhere, but if it's the discontinued e1200 model, it's only 200W at two ohms mono. be sure they're wiring the subs to be two ohms or that amp will never hit 275w..
The capacitor will assist a bit as far as battery/alternator wear, but it isn't a ensure. To avoid burning up the alternator, you really have to put in a second battery and use an isolator. This will only let the second battery to charge while the car is running.
If you are not running over 500 watts total, that alternator should last a pretty while. The honda alternators put out decent amperage caused by the high deman of the ignition on most Vtec motors.

they won't take off your dash they go in from behind the dashboard and put the new stereo in, then use a car kit to encase it to appear like it belonged there. the amp is good but I could not run it tooo long on just the battery.

For the amount of watts your pushhing you do not need a second battery, as it is just another strain on the alternator to keep charged, nor do you need an alternator upgrade.
A 75 amp alternator will run a 550 watt RMS system with no problems. it is not till you get in the 800+ watts RMS that you have to start making enhancements to the electrical system.
