Did Volkswagon ever make the Jetta in both diesel & four wheel drive? IF what model years could you get this

For the North America market, No. In Europe, you could order a VW built to specification, with a much wider selection of engines, also as the choice for 4Motion/Synchro but European made VWs cost lots more than their equivelant Mexico made brethren.
