What are the major differences between the Acura TL and TLS from '03? exactly what did they do to the engine and how more hp does the TLS get?

if your to get a TL get type S . suspension upgrate, wheel upgrade on majority of cases, silver gage, aviable 6speed man, or auto,
260 hp instead of 225, ,,fun. get the S, the engine just has better breathing and couple other simple tweaks, no turbo or super you know..

The S is a performance designation with suspension and drivetrain upgrades.

Research the car at edmunds.com and it'll point out some of the differences if you check out every one individually.

Hope this helps.

I believe that the TL type S may be equipped with a manual transmission at least that is the case with the 2007 TL type S
The Interior also has type S plastered all around, so you may feel a little better.

And it has about 20 more hp not really a big deal for the extra money it is going to cost
