i am 22 yrs old,696 credit score,Revolving Debt:$2,400,Credit Available:44 and eleven Hard Inquirys in my credit report,monthly earning $1900,all accounts in good standing,looking for a $13000 used auto loan
do you think its possible?

Sounds like you're right on the border line. They frequently will look for a monthly earning a tad bit higher then you listed. You just may have to find yourself a cosigner, then you'll be good to go.
