Depends on your walking speed and which direction Glasgow Queen Street Station is somewhat uphill from Glasgow Central Station.
The National Rail web site lets 30 minutes for the move I think the person who decided that walked backwards on one leg.
ScotRail recommend a minimum of 15 minutes for the move.
If you're reasonably fit, then you may be able to get from one to the other in ten minutes. let more if you aren't fit particularly from Central to Queen Street.
The path isn't straightforward for strangers.
Leave Central Station by the major Gordon Street entrance. Turn right, then left at the traffic lights. Turn right at the next set of lights into St. Vincent Street and continue till you get to George Square you can not miss it. As you enter the Square, Queen Street station is to your left on the other side of the square.
