Does anybody know how dependable the Factory Natural Gas conversion cars are for a 1999 Cavalier 2.2L?
I can get a car with 56K for $7000 cad.

Unless you're driving this car down in sunny California..
gas convertion is no good up in Canada where the weather gets to cold for such things.
The gas required to run these motors are cold gases and are prefered to be run in warmer climates where they run at optimum temperature.
If the weather is cool or cold then the cold gas gets colder and won't burn properly causing problems..

The major reason why these conversion are on every Taxi cab in Australia is because of two major reasons one the price is cheap in comparison to normal unleaded fuels and two the weather is generally between ten and 40 degrees Celcius.
