1999 BMW 735il with M sport pkg, which is not available here in the US.
It's a E38 in BMW geek speak.

Frank's car is a 1999 BMW 735. The closest thing to that car available in the United States, is a 1999 BMW 740i which has a bigger 4.4 L V8 engine .

It was a BMW 735 1999 with aftermarket rims, and I liked it too.
