Don't have holders manual for ford 1994 f150. have to know what number goes with horn fuse&relay?

typically a 15 amp fuse, but you may be able to get a fix manual for any car from an auto supply for around $20. just get the one which is just for your car. if it is not in stock, they can order it.

Go to Auto Zone, look for your car in their Haynes fix Manual, and towards the back it should have a picture of your fuse box.
If you aren't able to do this, then simply go to the Ford Dealership, parts department, and ask them. They have the diagrams of all their vehicles on their computer, and will give you a print out free of charge.

you can call auto zone or go to auto zone and ask them they should know but if they wont tell you on the phone go up there and look at the book for your truck

Most people here do not know that Ford allows you to download holders manuals free of charge from their web site.
Unfortunately they only go back to 1996
However I am pretty sure that there is little difference between 1994 & 1996 for the fuses & relays part.
