For people who know what there talking about with integras? |

should I get a gs integra and put a turbo into it? or am I supposed to get a gs and exchange with a type R, then progress from there, and possibly put a supercharger or turbo? I was told that an ls or gs with turbo really give out more hp with a turbo is that true???

It can kind of rely on what generation Integra you are talking about. Plus the brands and types of turbos available for those generations.

Yeah go with the turbo, the supercharger really takes power from your car to make more power.

a type r has too high of compression for turbo but it was done. I owned a 98 gsr and that was a blast to drive. get a gsr and turbo that afterward on. gs and ls had a b18a and b18 b motors I believe, the gsr has b18c and the type r is b18c5 . a and b don't have vtec, and you'll want that so spring for the gsr, lower compression, vtec and go to teamintegrathe and educate yourself it's a great web site

you should really decide between going with an all motor setup or a turbo/supercharger setup. If your looking for value, just get yourself a nice exchange. there is more to turbos and superchargers than meets the eye and they're costly. we are talking, bigger fuel injectors, fuel pump, internals, manifolds. gosh.. etc etc and what not.. piping. the list goes on and on..
But yea, gs or more widely called an LS, with turbo could give you more power.

Waste of money if you gona use up that much get a k20 it is the next gen of exchange, just the motor alone will run the same as the gs with turbo I think but if you throw in the basic boltons it is gonna be faster and more dependable because it is all motor. that is my next exchange I got a gsr in my eg HB so the k20 I will wait till the price goes down.
