Is there a way to unclog a fuel line n my 88 s ten if there's a problem?

The fuel pump has a check ball in it so fuel only comes out when under power.Sounds like a blocked fuel filter or problem in the tank.

very doubtful your fuel line is clogged. most likely your fuel filter

you can undo the fikter and blow back towards the tank. but... its most likely the filter. filter is on front side of left motor mount or on frame on left side under door. don't blow towards carb..
