Go with a twin turbo, bigger injectors, and big intercooler.

If your wanting good sound go with a short ram intake, I propose Weapon R, it has been proved to be more effient hp and tq gains than all the big other intake competitors, aem, etc.
I would not go with cold air intake unless you get a bypass valve or else you'll end up hydro locking your engine from hitting mud puddles.. etc.

find a comptech intake system. 400 dollars is lots for an intake system, but it's well worth it. It has all the pros of a short ram and cold air with none of the negatives.

Short Ram intakes are overall a bit louder than cold air intakes. They also give a better pedal answer, although they give less power completely. A short ram is less costly, easier to install, and greatly decreases the risk of hydrolocking your engine caused by water to get in the filter.
The downside is that since it sits up higher and closer to the engine, it gets warmer air that a CAI.
Still, I could recommend a Short Ram, and could greatly recommend the AEM brand.
Good Luck
