Is the theft light flashing in the dash with the keys in the ignition if yes it gone into anti theft mode. Are your shure you're putting pats keys in the ignition and not just normal keys.It won,t start in antitheft mode. You may have to bring it to dealer to have the pats system scanned for faults.Disconnect the battery to turn horn off meanwhile

If the system fails just remove the fuses, Look for your starter wire under the steering column TAN/LIGHT BLUE +
This wire should be cut and two leads running back to your alarm module usually they're whit & white/ red stripe.
Disconnect the two wires from your alarm module and splice back together.
That could over ride your alarm, that is presuming it's an aftermarket alarm.

First thing is if it is Aftermarket alarm like a ford aftermarket as that is the sound of what you have as most of the aftermarkets have a starter inhibit wire that will not let it to start if the alarm is going off .. Ford factory does not have an alarm perse. but has a restricted function one with remote keyless entry typically will start regardless what as long as the key is the right one. and will typically turn off the alarm also
First thing is to attempt the remotes. lock then unlock the car.. then attempt, if it does not work, attempt with the second remote.. if still nothing seems a battery disconnect and a tow in to learn what is going on

my fiance's diesel does that so the other day I opened the hood and disconnected the battery cables it works good now. I have drove it to work and it works just good. it is a 2005 F350 so that will help.
