Hey is there anybody who specializes in Honda's? because I have lots of questions.?
I have lots questions about Honda's and generaly how they work and there history because you may be able to only learn so much from reading. or at least get me some pointers to Honda car history and blue prints explaining what everything is and does in an engine.

Sounds like you have some studying to do :
You can not learn all it's you're wanting to know about Honda engines just from an answer on a web site.
The best way to learn about Honda engines is to work on them. Check out your local junk yard & see if you can not purchase any '90's model Civic off of them that is not totalled w/a bent frame or something, but rather maybe the engine is blown or there is a rod through the block.
Next, purchase every manual on that car & engine that you may. Ebay is a good place to look. Get the owner's manual, get the Honda factory fix manual, the Honda factory electrical manual & get studying. Use what you learn from there to fix your car & get it running again. These books literally will be your blue prints to figuring out where everything is & how it works on your car.
This is how I learned what I know about cars.
Best of luck to you.

You have to take a basic mechanics course to understand theories of operation in the Honda,or any other car.

I work for a Canada Honda dealer. We have a guide called the "Comprehensive Automtive Product Studies" that details all the characteristics and technologies of Honda vehicles, what it's, what they mean, and what effect they have on the behavior and use of the car.
The guide will also reference common road tests and supply an explanation of what the data means. verify with a local dealer and ask for the Honda HC4 Intermediate training course.
A good supply of info about Honda are road tests published in vehicle magazines or another internet resources.
