whats humorous is there exactly the same car just one year difference.
there is nothing different about them unless your comparing a 99 Civic Dx to a 00 Civic Si. different trim levels .
pros:
great mileage
reliability
easy to find parts
relatively cheap
cons:
easy to steal
sort of small
everyone has one meaning you don't stand out
