How Bad Is The V8 4.4L BMW X5 On Gas?

I know, I know its a v8 and if you can pay for the truck then you can pay for the gas but im only wanting to use up like no more then 35 great on this truck canadian which is possible and you can get a decent one with about 100k on it for that much, but how bad is the gas? 4.4 isn't TOO TOO MUCH for a v8, most v8's are at least a 5.2 and up but usually like 5.7, but how is this one, how many km you get per tank and how much is it to fill up the whole tank? Thanks.

Well, the tank holds 85 liters, and the car does an avrege of 7.6 km pr L =&gt, range app. 646 km. Off course this is when driven nicely. the data is for a 4.4i aut.

Choose BMW under "bilmærke" ="car make", x5 under "model" and decide your variant under "variant" engine size etc .

That BMW gets about 16mpg City and about 22mpg Highway. I hope I helped.

The 4.4L M62 engine is itself a reasonably fuel economical engine. But, most BMW's that have the engine weigh upwards of 4,500 5,000 pounds. In the US, BMW V8's usually come with a 23 to 25 gallon fuel tank. I have the 4.4L V8 and average approx. 15 MPG mixed city/highway driving on a 2001 740i.
