the pump itself has a plastic resovoir built on it, the resovoir tank has a turn on cap that also has a liquid level dipstick built onto it . Untwist the cap and if the pump is hard to reach you 1st have to check the level and if you need liquid at all, use a long neck funnel AND don't OVER FILL IT ..

only fill it to between the marks on the caps dipstick.

Fill up at a full service gas station and ask the attendant to add it, you'll have to purchase it there, but that's the simplest. or when you get an oil change.
