How can you make a Jeep Wrangler super fast?

I know they aren't meant for speed but there still may be possibilties to make them fast. Does anybody know how or adding what to it? I'm talking about bringing them upto a 400 or higher hp.. with a manual transmission.

Push it off a cliff. Most four wd vehicles shouldn't be driven at speed, they're top heavy.

While it's possible to increase the four L to higher levels, you're definately taking about supercharging or Nitris,,but your current drive train won't handle this.
Best to look at a complete drive train change as well as engine and axles.
Unfortunately I do agree that this is too much for this truck, unless you're considering big suspension work.

Making a Wrangler go "Super Fast" is most likely not a smart idea. 400 hp is an terrible lot for a lightweight car. But do what you want, if its yours go for it. YOu'd most likely have better luck, with putting in a whole new powertrain, and engine. Oh and there some businesses that make superchargers exactly for jeeps. I do not know the web site, but the one fora 4.0 inline six costs $4000. google, "jeep super charger" you will find it pretty fast

I have a 2001 Wrangler with a AEM cold air intake,Jet performance chip and Banks exhaust and it's fast but not fast.This is about all the power the drive train will handle,when I get on it and go to shift it'll pop right out of gear so I do not like to get on it to frequently.The extra power does come in useful when I am 4wheelin in the sand dunes.

No way. do not think about it. if you did use up the money to properly tweak the Jeep to go that fast, it is just not safe. The stock engine if it is the 4.0L or 2.5L isn't able of reaching 400HP.. or close. Not to talk about the gears are not made for it, nor are the axles, transmission, move case, etc. if you swapped in a HEMI which is a pretty liked engine exchange, it is not meant for speed, it is meant for torque and power.
