there's a switch near the temperature sliders that has a snowflake on it. it's the a/c switch. Push it and a red light will turn on on the switch. Then increase your fan speed and reduce the temp slides toward the blue cold .
If the snowflake does not light, check your fuses.

ther is a button that's called AC. push on it. der. and dodge caravans are really bad vans. my mom had a 1999 one and the AC broke two years afterward and the engine goes bad in about three years. hope ya have fun.

roll down the windows and do at leat 55 and the air should come on automaticly.truthfully the air in your van probablly doesnt work they're notorious for the ac compressor going bad and leaks so have it checked out.. it's most likely bad. more questions you may be able to email me a jlaratta2000@.com

I mean, this is not hard. If you can not find the A/C, I do not think you may want to be on the road.

There will be a push button on the heater control panel, just simply push it and change the fan speed and vents. Consult your car manual for details.
