Pretty much like any disc brake car. open the brake liquid reservoir and "suck out" some of the liquid so as it's down to the low line. place a rag over the reservoir opening don't cap it. jack or increase the car and remove the front wheels. use a suited tool to pry back the calipers don't scratch the brake rotors.they are most likely floating calipers so remove the one screw and rotate them away. replace the pads and reverse the procedure. if it's a fixed caliper which I don't think it's you must pry back both sides. this is why you take liquid out of the reservoir otherwise it overflows. install the new pads and away you go. pump up the pedal, top up the reservoir.
