you may be able to get one here:

don't skimp if you are going to be using it on a regular base, I'd personally get a Warn cheap winches are cheap for a reason. As far as mounting goes, you may be able to get a bumper with fitted mounts or you may be able to purchase a mounting plate. you may be able to get a plate here

It is not a hard install, you may be able to do it yourself.

Agree on the Warn. $800 for a winch and $1000 for a tow in a bad spot, no question. Also bumper must be able to manage. Most wranglers are set up for a winch, but need reinforcement for a heavy responsibility winch. Mounting is easy, but be sure it's bolted tight with good support and run cables straight to battery. as well, recommend new high output battery, maybe Optima six pack. As far as where, local 4x4 shops can pretty much match price on web when you add shipping. Support local shows when possible.

Both are correct so I do not have much to add but the same thing in that you get what you pay for. If you may be able to install a stereo you may be able to easily install a winch. If you need support there are numours forums that deal with jeeps and there's lots of information on winches and installation. You may also look into joining a local jeep club and there are lots of jeep nuts that could jump at the oppertunity to get you a hand. From your question I could think you're new to the jeep community and one thing you'll learn it's a tight knit community and people are wanting to share information, experiance and stories.
