How do you take off the head lights of a 2000 eclipse?

if its the whole head light casing and whatever. unscrew the three screws holding it down in place. the gradually attempt to pry it off. theres this metal thingy that clicks into this plastic thingy underneath the headlamp housing. and to get off the headlight harness just rock it back and forth while pulling away to get the harness off. to get the light bulb out, remove the rubber thingy on the outside after removing the harness. then unclip the metal paper clip looking like part and it should just come right out the bulb I mean hope this helps

Either thru the wheel opening or right under the air dam in the front

If you're talking about the headlight console, you'll have to unbolt it. I you're talking about the light bulb, just pull it out.
