How frequently is a 2007 Mercedes E550 need an oil change with synethic oil?
My dealer said that it only needs an oil change every 13,000 miles. Is that really true?

theoretically YES. I own a four cylinder turbo charged sports car I use Mobil one synethic.. best thing you may be able to do for a car.. I still change my oil every 3000 miles in my turbo. and In my Toyota truck I use the same oil but change it every 5000k some may say it is a waste of money, but your car will last forever. Hint.. generally use a Mobil One oil filter it has a fitted gate that keeps the oil from going back down into the oil pan when not running. that way there is generally oil in the top end when you start up.. it is starting an engine that kills it over time
