As of the past ten years Mitsubishi hasn't been a consistent quality auto maker. The Lancer is one of their better quality cars but as with many of the cars Mitsubishi was producing I could plan on a new car in about five years from that buy. The Lancer is a good car theoretically, engine, suspension, asthetics, and comfort are all at a satisfactory level. satisfactory but not great.
