Depends on if it's 2wd or 4x4. The engine must be raised either way, but may not need pulled all of the way if a 2wd.

Ask the dealer for hours. It used to be an eight hour job and the engine had to come out to change it.

well it isn't that hard if there's a cross member take it off. then there are some bolts like anywhere from six to twelve holding the pan up, take them out. you may have to pry it off due to rvt sealer if its never been done before a lot of dealerships use that instead of a real gasket unless its a cork one. put some sealer on the rim of your pan and a new gasket put it up and start bolting and be sure you get the tourque specifications and do a cross pattern with it, then put you are cross member up if there's one. and your finished put oil in, run it for a minute or two and check for leaks.
