I do not put much credence in price guides. They attempt to be all things to all people, then end up falling down with the facts. as an example, the Sport Coupe could NEVER be worth more than the Holiday Coupe this is a simple rule of thumb in the vehicle world when it comes to post coupes versus hardtops. This is in answer to a last poster, so what bodystyle is yours? majority of people would not kick a post out of bed over a hardtop, mind you.
So your car has the highest hp Cutlass engine outside of the W 31. Your car is like a Rallye 350 incognito, so that is good. it is not a pretty musclecar but not a pretty car to go to the seven eleven with. Plus, the '70s are good looking. I think an Olds freak could be interested in a car like this, particularly if it was black from the factory. But tell me I assume the shifter is on the column, right? Not the most desirable manner, but that is how most of them were. What about wheels? I like to see original wheels, but all too frequently people replace them with SSII wheels, but that is their perogative.
Anyway, I could venture to guess a sharp #2 car could reach $15,000 in this bloated market. Yes, the Rallye 350 is just the same car and is worth tons more, but that is the market for ya.

go to kbb.com and type in everything that applies. it'll give you a value for the car. both private and retail price. how many miles on it? that tells lots. how come you did not put that on here?

At the high end, maybe $14K, Average value about $7,500.
The two Door Cutlass "S" Sport Coupe is worth some hundred dollars more than the Hardtop Coupe.
Those values include a 10% premium for the 350/310 HP engine.
A four spd. transmission could added 5% to the value.
