I could say $ 2500 or so based on the rest of the form, I bought them up wards of seven great for a good runner. you'll use up a little putting that one together, if electronics are gone . Is transaxle still there ? I have spent two three great for good 915 and five great for a 930 transaxle. just a tip what parts cost .

it's not worth much without an engine, since it'll cost you $12,000 to build an engine for it. So figure maybe some thousand dollars for a good body and interior. I am presuming this is a "T" targa and not an "S" or E targa, which are worth more.

Also the targa top is a royal ache in the butt.

A totally restored T Targa of Pebble Beach quality, restored beyond new, is only worth maybe $22,000. A clean prepared to go driver maybe $13,500. So really without the engine, what do you have?

You want an early Porsche 911? Get a regular coupe that is already in good form.
