they are rated from the factory at 300hp and 320tq. This is a flywheel ranking meaning that's how much hp and tq that's to get to the flywheel. The more important thing to know is how much is to get to your wheels. as well, the hp and tq ratings from the factory aren't generally correct for different reasons. for example, the 2003/2004 cobras were listed from the factory to have 390hp and 390tq. Well as people soon learned from running 1/4 miles in the 12.43 12.9 range at the track with a totally stock cobra and they could take and get have it tested by a dynometer. This is a device that calculates the amount of hp and tq that a vehical puts to its wheels. Well, the 03/04 cobras putted down around 375hp+ and 375tq+ to their wheels. that means their factory hp and tq ranking should have really been around 430hp and 430tq. So for you to know for sure, find a car modifcation shop with a dyno and take your car in and have it dyno'ed. It typically costs between $50 $100 and you'll know for sure.
