How to Adjust the Clutch pedal on a 1995 Acura Integra?

I have a 1995 Acura Integra and the clutch pedal is loose. I',m having a hard time putting it into gear because the clutch pedal isn',t grabing all the way. How do I change the pedal from under the dash board?
