Take it to a shop and have it done.

Look at the sticker they put in your window that tells you when to change it.

Check holders manual for how frequently you may want to change the oil. typically between 3000 to 15000 miles between oil changes.

To really change it, follow this general procedure:

Warm up engine a bit.

Get a drain pan, take off the drain plug on the oil pan on the bottom of the engine, let oil drain out in pan.

Take off old oil filter and put a new one on

Replace oil pan plug and tighten

Fill with new oil check holders manual for amount

Start car and let idle for a minute. Turn off, let it sit for a minute, then check the oil level again, add more if needed.

Take used oil to a disposal place like O',Reilly Auto parts.

easy:

make sure your car is on a level surface and on jack stands.

make sure you have the right equipment.

unscrew the drain plug on the oil pan and drain the oil into a waste pan remember to to take it to a garage for correct disposal.

change the oil filter

put the drain plug back in

refill crankcase with oil be cautious not to overfill this will damage the head gaskets.

and bring your car off the jack stands and voila done.

also remember safety first: wear goggles and be sure the car is secure.
