no no no, don't listen to that other man about taking off the front bumper and removing the headlight just to take the bulb out, that's totally needless and chances are you are not going to be able to re install your front bumper properly lining it up right since the fenderlining has a real thin spot for you to screw that screw into.its a tight jam, but I have changed rsx light bulbs lots of times, at least over 15 20 times..

just pop your hood, find the low beam or high beam, whichever your changing, pull the harness plug out, there should be a black round rubber covering around the lightbulb entry, pull that off from one of the two tabs that stick out, then you have to stick your finger in that hole and theres a metal clamp that holds the bulb in place, push down and move to the side and it should loosen itself, then grab a hold of the plug that looks just like a plug that you plug into your power outlet at home and turn a little and pull it out..then you may be able to grab the silver part right under the real bulb and pull the bulb off the plug and replace with another one making sure you're using gloves or at least not touching the real bulb which will because it to burn out fast. take reverse steps to reinstall, note you may have to take the tub for the power steering liquid passenger side headlight off of the bracket till change of bulb is complete, you may be able to do this simply by pulling it up off the slider bracket

its not in there.

Its pretty much a ache in the . 1st off you have to take off the front bumper. that about eight ten pins and four screws in the fender lining area. after that it come right off. then you need a 8mm socket and about 12" of extension to get the screw for each head light off. you must totally remove the head light to get the bulb out. there four five screws holding it on. after that jsut reverse the procedure.

Now a recommendation. Use OEM bulbs unless you're to get HIDs. reason being is the wattage for most bulbs aren't a match for the RSX, I had some silverstars and each went inside three four months. After that I put my oem bulbs back in and they're still working and this is after about 1.5 years of use, elimination the replacing them back in, and another half year.

It's a ache in the butt. I took my 2002 RSX to my local mechanic and he told me he had a heck of a time. He told me he had to take out the battery and cut his hands all up.

bro I just changed mine out last month and no you don't have to take the bumper out and your hands are not gonna get all cut up. just open the hood and look at the back side of the headlights.you'll see the wires going into certain places on the back of the headlight.turn the lights on so you may be able to now see which wire is going to which light.you'll see some going to the parking lights and blinkers. One will be going to the lows and one to the highs. Its a tight space so you will have to show patience but grab the one for the low beam and turn it, it'll turn about a quarter of a turn, then you'll be able to pull the light out and disconnect it from the wire and change the bulb out. then put the bulb back and turn it a quarter again the reverse way to lock it back in place. if you have big hands you may have to take off the battery on the drivers side to get behind the headlight to take off the bulbs, but just remove the bracket that holds the battery and disconnect the negative and positive and take it out, no biggie.

Good Luck.
